RESYNE

Justine Leblanc & Mathilde du Camp d'Orgas

Resyne is a boutique and workshop space: an eco-friendly flower shop and a place dedicated to learning textile techniques through creative workshops.

We collaborate with Belgian producers of organic flowers—optimistic and committed individuals working towards the development of an environmentally responsible floral industry. Their chemical-free crops protect the health of the soil and living beings by promoting sustainable farming. Our approach is rooted in deep respect for natural cycles. We advocate for a celebration of floral diversity: unstandardized, unique, poetic, and full of movement. Their beauty lies in their authenticity, far from the norms imposed by the floral industry.

Our textile creations are inspired by upcycling techniques: using existing materials and giving them new value by transforming and repurposing them. We believe it is possible to create new objects from old ones, allowing creativity to guide us.

We are always seeking new ways to challenge and adapt our skills to current issues of overconsumption and environmental impact, by offering sustainable, low-pollution products and staying mindful of our daily footprint.

We are committed to sourcing the origin of our products, sorting our waste, minimizing single-use items, avoiding flowers from distant locations or those that have been heavily processed or dyed. We do not use single-use plastics and prioritize second-hand furniture. Whenever possible, we build things ourselves—using our hands, our knowledge, and the resources we already have—to repurpose what we already own.

Justine transitioned into floristry a few years ago after a career in fashion communications. In her adoptive city of Brussels, she honed her skills in various shops around the city before launching Resyne with Mathilde. Eco-responsible flowers have always been her driving force, along with a desire to highlight craftsmanship and support local players in the floral industry. Her two core values: working directly with the growers and with full transparency.

Passionate about textiles and craftsmanship, Mathilde trained in various techniques such as hand embroidery, screen printing, and weaving. She created her own studio to showcase a world that reflects her style—colorful, graphic, and deeply personal. She loves experimenting with unconventional materials to develop new textures and fashion accessories, always with a sustainable approach using reclaimed or environmentally friendly materials. Through the workshops offered at Resyne, she hopes to share her passion and inspire others to create while giving new life to materials that still have so much potential.
